Grant of License

This license agreement ("Agreement") grants you, the end-user ("Licensee"), a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free right to use drum loops included in a purchase pack ("Loops") for the following purposes:

• Music Production: Use the Loops in the creation of your own original musical compositions.

• Educational Purposes: Use the Loops for educational purposes, such as music production tutorials and demonstrations.

Restrictions

• Reselling Loops: You may not resell or redistribute the Loops individually or as part of another loop pack.

• Derivative Works: You may not create derivative works of the Loops for commercial purposes (e.g., selling modified versions of the Loops).

• Commercial Use of Isolated Loops: You may not use isolated sounds from the Loops in a commercially released product without obtaining a separate license.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Loops are retained by Mikiya Ito ("Licensor").

• The Loops may contain samples from third-party sources. Licensor has obtained the necessary licenses for the use of these samples in this product.

 Disclaimer of Warranty

The Loops are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Loops.

Termination

This Agreement shall automatically terminate if you violate any of its terms.
