Mikiya Ito is a Japanese drummer based in New York City. Born and raised in Japan, he began playing drums at a young age, influenced by his father, a singer-songwriter.

Mikiya's musical interests span multiple genres, including R&B, Funk, Soul and Hip Hop.

 

Since moving to NYC, Mikiya has quickly established himself as a versatile musician, performing with a variety of ensembles and collaborating with other artists across the city's vibrant music scene.
